Vocal SNMCians

Dhal gaya din, ho gayi shaam’ is a passé, as 88% of the SNMCians want an Indoor Badminton Court to be built in the College. Shuttling with the air, improper lighting and its close proximity to the Reading Room is a turn-off for the Badminton-philics.

83% of SNMCians have been found to be Cafeholics. And the Self-confessed caffeine lovers that we are, we dream of a Café kiosk serving the brewed beverage in the MDM Hospital campus. Our dependence on Chai’s and Coffee’s is an eminent fact. Please, we beg…’Ek Café hume de do, Thakur.’

‘Saawan ka mahina, pawan are sor… 70% young hearts want the welcome of Saawan be as fun-filled and colourful as the season itself. Saawan Mahotsav should be celebrated.

‘Ashes to Ashes, Dust to Dust,
Life is short, so PARTY we must.’
Letting the hair down in an MRC is indispensable for Party harders like us. 80% of the students dream for an MRC conducted in the Anatomy triangle. 20% believe that irresponsibility & immaturity on some students’ part deters them from supporting it.

85% students are willing and wanting to organize the Mini Pulse next year, here, at SNMC. Let’s hope, they keep up with their enthusiasm and do find the Sponsors. (The demand-ing job that it is!)

93% students wanted a functional College canteen. And, it’s their persistence that has led to the establishment of the Canteen we had long desired for.

98% of the ‘Scorched Students of SunCity’ appeal for the Air-Cooling of the Lecture Theatres & Library. Yes, Global Warming did find its way into our lives. Now, It’s no more a Pyrexia. It’s Hyperthermia.

91% students want an access to internet in the College premises. Culture Plate shows a ‘Cyber’-ococcus organism, sensitive to ‘Café’-mycin. Time to update to e-ducation.

Don’t we end up bankrupt getting lots of reference books, that too expensive ones? ;-)

71% SNMCians feel that there should be a Reading Room in their respective Hostel premises, open 24 x 7, for reading with their own text-books.

The Annual College Magazine should be wholly and solely funded by the college, demand the students. 96% students want an answer to the Rs.100/- taken per year per student in the name of College Magazine.
